The Girl Who Played with Fire (Vintage Crime/Black Lizard) by Stieg Larrson

–I liked The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo so much, this was a no-brainer.

Being a Wise Woman in a Wild World: Drawing Closer to God; Making Good Choices; Experiencing the Blessing by Robin Chaddock

–Planning on reading this one with some sisters in Christ….. over food of course :-).

I’m a 26 year old Nigerian American new to the Atlanta area. with a lot of random (and I do mean random) thoughts and ideas. I enjoy writing almost as much as I do talking. I’m also into clothing (though I don’t bother myself with trends much) and all things jewelry (hand me downs, thrift store steals, cultural stuff, ect.). I get my energy from people often (extroverted) but must have been an introvert in a previous life as I can spend hours happily in my head reflecting.

I take every opportunity to travel and learn something new. I’m pretty sure I have an obsession with curly hair and nerds …. that’s all I’ll say about that :-). I’m a bit of a health nut and an avid runner. I log at least 20-25 miles a week on my runs. I am also obsessed with cooking and am constantly on the hunt for a new recipe. I personally believe I have an old soul. My interests in music spans 7 decades… though 1/3 of my wardrope says otherwise…. That being said, I also believe that the way a girl chooses to adorn herself will tell you things about her that she may never say herself…… so maybe I’m not as old fashioned as I claim to be :-).

I’m a poor speller (disclaimer), and I admit that my penmanship is pretty poor. I can’t write in a straight line… even on lined paper.:::Cough::: Thank GOD for computers and EMR… I have a habit of inventing words…. and then forgetting that they don’t really exist. I wish I had a keener eye for photography and an sharper ear for dissecting music. One may catch me picking up a new hobby every 30 days, many of which I never commit to ;-). I’m very introspective and I day dream at night way too often. I’m an optimist at heart and have been told I smile like it’s a profession :-). I’m a goofball and am known to be the comedian in my rings of friends frequently… most often I’m making fun of myself, haha. Last but not least, I love Jesus Christ. My relationship with Him is undeniably the most important thing in my life :-). It’s not perfect, but that’s why I have a perfect God right :-)?
